Central Hardwoods, Inc. is proud to be the exclusive distributor in Texas and Oklahoma of Jacaranda's SanPly-4.   SanPly-4 is a unique new veneer with a thin 4-ply construction: veneer, paper, foil, and paper.  You simply apply it to any smooth, clean surface with contact adhesive, such as TACC International's SPH-4, or wood glue.  The unique construction of the veneer prevents any "bleed-through" of the adhesive.  Afterwards, SanPly-4 veneers can be finished with lacquer or a variety of other finishes.  SanPly-4 will not de-laminate or bubble, while expansion or shrinkage (contraction) is minimized because of the unique construction.

The shrinkage and expansion factor of SanPly-4 is only 0.5 percent.  Ordinary single-ply veneers expand at a range of three to six percent.  Greater veneer stability results in fewer problems over the long term.

San-Ply is pre sanded and available in a wide selection of domestic and exotic wood species - plain sliced, quartered, rift cut, or burl.  Woods are carefully selected and matched to produce durable and artistic flexible veneers of "A" face grade quality.  Below is a representative sample of the veneers that Central normally inventories

The versatility of RealTec is furthered by its availability in the other SanPly veneer lines, including SanPly-3 and SanPly-4.  RealTec is stocked in 4x8 sheets, and other sizes are available on a special quote basis.

Flexwood WOW is a wood over wood laminate, composed of two wood veneer faces permanently bonded with the grain of the face running perpendicular to the grain of the back.  This feature results in a more stable product, which minimizes the wood veneer's natural tendency to expand and shrink across the grain.  WOW also offers no bubbling when applied, and no checking or cracking.  WOW is 100% surface sanded and is available in 4x8 and 4x10 sheets.   Central maintains the following species in inventory:
